  • Patent number: 9350833
Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body, a slot formed on a side of the main body, and a tray unit received in the slot. The tray unit includes a cover, a supporting base, a shaft, and a waterproof member. The supporting base is configured to receive an external card. The shaft pivotally connects the cover with the supporting base, and the supporting base is rotatable with respect to the cover along the shaft. The waterproof member is disposed on the cover. When the tray unit is received in the slot, the waterproof member abuts the main body of the electronic device.

  • Patent number: 8010172
Abstract: An electronic device including a first module, a second module, at least one first spacer, and at least one second spacer is provided. The first module has a carrying surface. The second module is slidably disposed on the carrying surface and has a bottom surface opposite to the carrying surface. The first spacer is fixed on the carrying surface and suitable for being slid on the bottom surface. The second spacer is fixed on the bottom surface and suitable for being slid on the carrying surface. The first spacer and the second spacer are always kept within an overlapping region between the bottom surface and the carrying surface.

  • Patent number: 7787919
Abstract: A sliding mechanism is disclosed, wherein the sliding mechanism movably connects to a display module and an input module of an electronic device. The sliding mechanism includes a first member, a second member, a connection member, and a cover movably disposed on the first member. The first member is movable with respect to the second member and has an opening. A flexible printed circuit (FPC) of the electronic device is disposed through the opening and electronically connects to the display module and the input module. The connection member connects the first and second members at opposite sides thereof, and a middle portion of the connection member connects to the cover. When the first member slides with respect to the second member in a first direction, the connection member impels the cover to block a part of the opening.

  • Patent number: 7014486
Abstract: A recoverable connector structure and a cradle having the same are provided. The cradle includes a base plate, a fixed stand, a recoverable assembly having a bolt and an elastic body, a support body, a shielding plate, a circuit board, a second connector and a case. An electronic device couples with the second connector of the cradle through a first connector of the electronic device. When the electronic device is pulled from the second connector of the cradle, the recoverable assembly allows the second connector and the circuit board to rotate in a certain angle. As the electronic device is separated from the cradle, the second connector can return to its initial position. This design not only makes the process of pulling up the electronic device smooth, but also avoids the second connector from fatigued damage to extend the cradle's life.
