    Abstract: A heat dissipation device of electronic equipment has a base, a heat dissipation group, and a cover. The base has an opening, a chamber, and a boss formed in the chamber. The heat dissipation group is connected to the base and has a circuit board and a cooling blade. The circuit board is mounted in the chamber, abuts against the boss, and has a heat source area and at least one non-heat-source area. The heat source area has a first surface facing the boss and a second surface facing the opening. The cooling blade is connected to the base and is located at the second surface. The first surface and the second surface of the heat source area respectively correspond to the boss and the cooling blade in location to provide a guiding direction for heat conduction. The cover is connected to the base.

The electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, a coil module wound around the stator, a Hall unit and a wiring circuit unit. The Hall unit includes a Hall circuit board disposed around a rotating shaft of the rotor, and a Hall module for sensing rotation of the rotor. The wiring circuit unit is independent of the Hall circuit board and includes a three-phase power source interface. The wiring circuit unit electrically connects coils of the coil module to the power source interfaces respectively by groups. By separately disposing the Hall unit and the wiring circuit unit independently, a volume of the Hall circuit board can be reduced, and an area blocking an airflow path of a heat dissipation unit can be reduced, so heat dissipation effect of the electric motor and the electric tool can be improved.

The head section is configured to twist off the fragment portion of a shear bolt. The coupling section detachably couples the head section to the motor section and allows the pointing direction of the front end of the head section to be changed along the radial direction of the motor shaft in the motor section. The fragment ejecting mechanism has a pushing portion and a driving portion. The pushing portion is provided in the head section and is configured to push out the twist-off fragment portion. The driving portion is provided at the coupling section and is configured to drive the pushing portion. The electric tool can twist off and then eject the fragment portion of a shear bolt even after the head section has changed direction.
