    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor structure and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor structure. The semiconductor structure includes a substrate, semiconductor structures, an isolation layer, an adhesive layer, a metal layer, a metal nitride layer, a semiconductor layer, a profile modifier layer, and a disconnection structure. The semiconductor structures are disposed on the substrate. The isolation layer is disposed between the semiconductor structures. The metal layer is disposed on an adhesive layer. The metal nitride layer is disposed on the metal layer. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the metal nitride layer. The profile modifier layer is disposed on the semiconductor layer. The disconnection structure is disposed and extending from the profile modifier layer to the isolation layer. A first width of the disconnection structure in the profile modifier layer is substantially the same as a second width of the disconnection structure in the isolation layer.

A spectral range of light is illuminated from the illumination module and filtered through the filter module. When light of such spectral range is irradiated onto a diagnostic area, high chromatic difference and contrast existing between areas with pathological change and normal areas is employed to enhance correctness of diagnoses and operations.

    Abstract: A method for reconstructing color images has steps of using a spectrum-acquiring device to acquire spectral data of a plurality of sample color blocks and calculating coefficients of a basis matrix of the sample color blocks; obtaining digital counts of the plurality of sample color blocks with a digital camera; obtaining a conversion matrix in accordance with the coefficients of the basis matrix and the digital counts; acquiring digital counts of an original image with the digital camera, and generating a reconstructed image in accordance with the digital counts of the original image and the conversion matrix; and varying the conversion matrix in accordance with a new light source, and computing to generate a reconstructed image corresponding to the new light source in accordance with the digital counts of the original image and the varied conversion matrix.
