Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a plurality of plug terminals, a plurality of tooth portions, and a wire organizer. The insulated housing is received in the metallic shell. The plug terminals are held at the insulated housing. Each of the power terminal and the ground terminal of the plug terminals includes a clamping structure. Each of the tooth portions is extending from rear of the corresponding plug terminal. The wire organizer is assembled to the insulated housing. Each of the tooth portions is inserted into the corresponding wire groove of the wire organizer to connect to a corresponding wire when the wires held in the wire organizer are pressed against the tooth portions. Each power and ground terminals may include either a single one or a pair of flexible contact portions.

Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector has an insulated housing. A first terminal set and a second terminal set are held in the insulated housing. The first terminal set has two first grounding terminals, two first power terminals and multiple signal terminals. Each one of the terminals of the first terminal set has a first soldering section. The second terminal set has two second grounding terminals, two second power terminals and multiple signal terminals. Each one of the terminals of the second terminal set has a second soldering section. The second soldering sections of the second grounding terminals are located next to the first soldering sections of the first grounding terminals. The second soldering sections of the second power terminals are located next to the first soldering sections of the first power terminals. A soldering process of the connecter is improved by clustering the grounding terminals and the power terminals.

The gluing passage is formed at a peripheral area of the base, and the gluing passage is defined through the base from the front to the rear.

Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes an inner shell, a terminal module in the inner shell, and an outer shell out of the inner shell. Two side plates, a top plate, and a bottom plate of the inner shell are connected with each other to faun an insertion opening, and the insertion opening is near one end of the inner shell. The outer shell is out of the inner shell and near the insertion opening of the inner shell. The outer shell stacks on the two side plates, the top plate, and the bottom plate of the inner shell to form a double-layer shell structure. Accordingly, the structural strength around the insertion opening of the inner shell can be improved. Hence, when a plug connector is inserted into the insertion opening of the inner shell, the inner shell does not deform or bend easily.

The fixing portion is combined with the first insulator. The soldering portion protrudes from the fixing portion toward the first insulator rear end and stretches out of the first insulator rear end. The contact portion protrudes from the fixing portion toward the first insulator front end and stretches out of the first insulator rear end. The combining portion protrudes from the contacting portion and inserts into the combining area.

A notch is recessed from a periphery of an insertion opening of the metallic shell. Therefore, when the electrical receptacle connector is assembled in an electronic device, the periphery of the notch corresponds to the periphery of a cut opening of a housing of the electronic device. The periphery of the cut opening and the periphery of the notch are aligned along the same profile line, and the periphery of the notch does not protrude out of the cut opening. Therefore, the periphery of the insertion opening will not interfere with other components assembled with the housing, and the problem of that the conventional design cannot satisfy the design change of the housing of the electronic device can be solved.
