Abstract: TCR identification methods that find particular use in the development of TCR-based cancer therapies are described. The subject TCR screening methods utilize a comprehensive cancer subject database to effectively identify candidate TCRs that recognize a peptide of interest (e.g., a neoantigen) in complex with an HLA allele.

Abstract: A device integrated hot and cold tap water and hot and cold purified water including a casing pipe, a water guide mechanism, a touch switch, a microcontroller, a pulling head, and first and second magnetic components is provided. The water guide mechanism includes first and second pipelines disposed in the casing pipe. The first and second pipe lines are respectively provided with a first valve body and a touch control assembly. The touch switch and the microcontroller are electrically connected with the touch control assembly. The pulling head includes a fixed cylinder provided in a water outlet of the casing pipe and a bubble former fixed in the fixed cylinder. An interior of the bubble former has an inner waterway and an outer waterway. The first and second pipelines communicate with the water outlet of the casing pipe through the outer waterway and one end of the inner waterway, respectively.

Abstract: The invention discloses a fluid sensing device provided in a flow path through which fluid flows, including a base fixed in the flow path; a piston core rod disposed in the base and connected to the base through an elastic member, the piston core rod being provided with a pushing surface pushed by the fluid in the flow path; a magnet provided on the piston core rod; a magnetic sensing device provided on a side surface of the piston core rod to sense change of magnetic line received as change of position of the magnet, thereby determining whether fluid flows in flow path; wherein the elastic member is disposed such that direction of the restoring force thereof is opposite to the direction of fluid flow in flow path. The present invention has fewer parts and easy production, and can reduce judgement difference caused by low flow rate.

Abstract: The invention discloses a device integrated hot and cold tap and purified water, including: casing pipe providing with first and second pipeline respectively provided with first and second valve body; first pipeline comprising: first water inlet hose having both end communicated with cold water supply part of tap water and water inlet end of first valve body; second water inlet hose having both end communicated with hot water supply part of tap water and water inlet end of first valve body; connecting pipe having both end communicated with water outlet end of first valve body and outer waterway; one end of second pipeline provided with two branch pipes communicated with hot and cold water supply part of purified water, and the other end communicating with inner waterway. The invention has advantages that only one mounting hole is used to integrate hot and cold tap and purified water on a faucet.
