    Abstract: Systems and methods described herein relate to automatic index recommendations for improved database query performance. Candidate indexes are identified. The candidate indexes are associated with a database query that is classified as a slow query. A feature vector is generated for each candidate index to represent statement features and statistical features associated with the candidate index. The feature vectors are provided to one or more machine learning models to obtain an index recommendation value for each candidate index. An index recommendation is presented at a user device. The index recommendation identifies a first index of the candidate indexes based at least partially on the index recommendation value obtained for the first index. User input indicative of a user selection of the first index is received. A database schema is updated to include the first index in response to the user input.

    Abstract: A cleaning device comprises a carrier and a cleaning unit. On the surface of the carrier, the cleaning unit comprises cleaning bodies of trapezoidal cylinders with a first surface and two inclined planes. The first surface is parallel to the surface of the carrier. The inclined planes face the circumference of the carrier and are separately located between adjacent two of the cleaning bodies. The first surface has a distance of 6.5 mm±10% to the surface of the carrier. The inclined planes at two sides have an angle of 50°±10% in between. When the cleaning body starts contacting a wafer, one of the inclined planes is deformed as a beginning. Then, gentle area changes is formed from contacting until departing between the cleaning body and the wafer. The wafer is thus stably forced to improve cleaning ability of scrubbing and stabilize surface friction of the wafer.

The delay control module is for outputting a first control signal when undesirable oscillation happens, and outputting a second control signal after a protection period when undesirable oscillation disappears. A switch circuit controlled by the first control signal and the second control signal turns off for the protection period.

Two annular spiral curve paths are formed with the cleaning beans as coiling the carrier and extending along the two directions. When the carrier cleans an electronic device, a solution or cleaning agent is discharged along the curve paths in spiral tangential directions. Hence, the bi-spiral cleaning unit obtains positive and negative directions on rotating to create a plurality of flow fields. Dirt is discharged easily with water distribution enhanced as compared to unidirectional spiral cleaning devices while a large contact surface, a good cleaning efficiency, and a high decontamination ratio are achieved.
