  • Publication number: 20100274101
Abstract: A MEMS wireless monitoring bio-diagnosis system includes an implantable biosensor system chip, a surface transmitter and an external monitor center. The implantable biosensor system chip contains a biosensor for a cardio-vascular indicator and a wireless transmitter to deliver detected bio-signal data. With the MEMS wireless monitoring bio-diagnosis system, the bio-signal data can be monitored effectively and transmitted to a remote medical unit.

  • Publication number: 20100036267
Abstract: A detecting device for detecting an autonomic nervous state of an examinee includes a measuring unit, an analog-to-digital converting (ADC) unit and a digital processing unit. The measuring unit measures a vital sign of the examinee to output a vital sign signal. The ADC unit is coupled to the measuring unit for receiving and converting the vital sign signal from analog to digital to output a digitalized vital sign signal. The digital processing unit is coupled to the ADC unit for receiving and processing the digitalized vital sign signal to obtain a detecting result. The detecting result represents the autonomic nervous state and organic states of the examinee.

  • Publication number: 20090105575
Abstract: A micro-sensing element includes a substrate, a micro-sensing structure and a covering material. The micro-sensing structure has a plurality of conductive channels disposed on the substrate. Each conductive channel includes a sensing part, a conductive wire and an electrode. The sensing part is electrically connected with the electrode through the conductive wire. The covering material covers the substrate and the conductive wires, and each of the sensing parts and each of the electrodes are exposed out of the covering material. A bio-sensing system and a manufacturing method of the micro-sensing element are also disclosed.
