Abstract: A pallet positioning method includes: defining a size parameter of a pallet; defining a pallet feature of the pallet according to the size parameter; obtaining an on-site image; defining a projection datum; calculating a projection plane coordinate based on the projection datum; transforming the on-site image to a perspective adjusted image according to the projection plane coordinate; obtaining a first pallet image in the perspective adjusted image according to the pallet feature; calculating an inclined angle of the first pallet image; rotating the first pallet image according to the inclined angle; obtaining a second pallet image; obtaining a position information of the pallet based on the second pallet image; and obtaining a three dimensional information of the pallet according to the inclined angle and the position information. A pallet positioning system is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a preventive maintenance hood suitable for a reaction chamber of a semiconductor machine and connected to an exhaust pipe. The preventive maintenance hood includes a hood body, an air curtain forming apparatus, and an exhaust pipe connector. The hood body includes a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is located at a bottom of the hood body and adapted to cover an exit of the reaction chamber, while the second opening is located on a sidewall of the hood body. The air curtain forming apparatus is disposed on the hood body and located at an edge of the second opening. The exhaust pipe connector is mounted on the hood body and connected to the exhaust pipe.

Abstract: A pneumatic greaser has a body and a barrel. A piston is movably received in the body and defined with a valve hole at a rear end thereof. A pole is formed on the pole plate positioned in the piston. Multiple linkages extend through the pole plate and are connected with an exterior sheet and an interior sheet. A valve spring is provided between the exterior sheet and the pole plate. A valve shaft extends through the valve hole. A rear cushion is mounted on a rear end of the valve shaft. A front cushion is mounted outside the exterior sheet. A buffer spring is provided between the front cushion and the barrel. Whereby, during the reciprocation of the piston, the valve hole can be reliably closed by the rear cushion under the force of the valve spring. Thus, the pneumatic greaser can during operation stably and continuously eject grease with a low impact.
