Abstract: This application provides a vaporizer and an electronic vaporization device. The vaporizer includes a porous body, including a liquid channel running through the porous body in a length direction; a support frame, configured to accommodate and hold the porous body, where at least one air channel is provided on the support frame, the air channel includes an air inlet end and an air outlet end, and the air outlet end is close to the liquid channel; a flexible seal element, positioned between the support frame and the porous body, where the seal element includes a block portion that blocks or seals the air outlet end of the air channel, and the block portion is configured to bend or deform in response to a negative pressure change in the liquid storage cavity to open the air channel for external air to enter the liquid channel.

Abstract: In a user-interactive method and system, a display application for enhancing user interaction over a network is provided. The method includes receiving preference information from a first user, the preference information indicating at least one type of image the first user wishes to view. In response to a network interaction being established between at least the first user and a second user, the method further includes retrieving a plurality of images associated with the second user based on the preference information. The method further includes displaying the plurality of images based on the preference information.

Abstract: A system and a method for automatically populating chat recipients in an instant messaging system in which chat recipients are automatically populated from external data sources, e.g. clipboard, spreadsheet, document, database, directory, etc., and a chat session started with the click of a single user interface button or the like. A pop-up window is generated that allows the user to select a data source from which the chat recipients are to be obtained. The data source may be scanned to identify candidate names matching a predetermined name format, or the user is prompted to provide at least a portion of a search string. The user can then select which of the returned names are to be used in initiating the chat session. The disclosed system then generates a user interface object allowing the initiating user to perform an action with the selected recipients, including initiating a chat session.

Abstract: A tagging event can be detected where a software entity is associated with a tag resulting from a user interaction. At least one situational attribute relating to the tagging event can be automatically determined. The one or more situational attribute can be stored in a data repository so that the stored situational attribute is associated with the tag. The detecting, determining, and storing can be repeated for a set of different tags, each associated with a software entity. A search of tagged software entities can be conducted. The results of the search can be modified based at least in part upon the stored situational attributes of the tagged software entities.

Abstract: A metaverse system and method for allowing a user to attend a recorded past event in a metaverse application. The metaverse system includes a client computer, a metaverse server, and a time travel engine. The client computer interfaces with the metaverse application. The metaverse server records an event environment of a past event in a metaverse application. The time travel engine serves, in response to a request from a user, a playback of the recorded event environment to the client computer to allow the user to attend and to observe the recorded event environment.

Abstract: Allowing users of a network based multiple user tagging system to use any phrase they feel is relevant to the resource can lead to ambiguities within the system. For example, a user may tag a picture of a gift with the keyword “bow”. Another user may tag a picture of a bow and arrow with the keyword “bow”. This may cause a problem for someone searching with the keyword “bow” when looking for information about making a bow for a gift. The user looking for gift bows does not want to see search results for bows and arrows. Functionality can be implemented in a folksonomy tagging system to disambiguate tags by associating them with definitions. Associating ambiguous tags with appropriate definitions will increase search accuracy for users of folksonomy tagging systems, thus allowing users to find relevant information more efficiently.

Abstract: An incoming web feed received from a web feed document server is monitored for changes associated with a web feed document. A change associated with the web feed document is determined to have occurred. A priority is assigned to the change associated with the web feed document based upon a ranking criterion. The change associated with the web feed document is stored with the assigned priority to a memory. This abstract is not to be considered limiting, since other embodiments may deviate from the features described in this abstract.

Abstract: Automated digital media content filtration is performed by establishing automatically, according to a tolerance parameter, a plurality of user relationships, each user relationship based on monitoring an online association between a user and a content producer. Filtration is also performed by monitoring determined user relationships, interacting with a plurality of independent servers to identify digital media content published by content producers having a user relationship with the user and determining a relevancy weight for each published digital media content item, the relevancy based on a strength factor. Filtration is still further performed by presenting the digital media content published by one or more of the content producers to the user such that digital media content having a greater relevancy weight receives a higher priority than other digital media content available to the user from the plurality of content producers.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of automatically generating an electronic reminder is provided. The method includes identifying, using term-recognition circuitry, at least one key term within an electronic message received with an electronic communications device. The method further includes generating at least one reminder based upon the at least one key term. One or more reminders are, according to the method, electronically conveyed to a user at a time later than when the message was received.

The method determines a plurality of user relationships based at least in part on an online association between a user and a content producer. The method monitors each user relationship with each content producer for a relationship interaction between the user and the content producer. Furthermore, the method also identifies digital media content published by a content producer having a relationship with the user. A determined relevancy may be based on a strength factor derived at least in part on monitored relationship interactions between the user and the content producer that published the digital media content. The digital media content is presented to the user, with that having a greater relevancy weight having a higher priority than other digital media content available to the user from other content producers.

Abstract: To simplify the acquisition and exchange of social information, a social information acquisition application could be triggered when the calling party initiates a call to a called party. The application adds a request to the called dialing sequence for a list of all available social information repositories associated to the called party. If multiple repositories exist, one of those repositories this selected either by the calling party or by applying selection rules. Information retrieved from the selected repository could be presented to the calling party and/or used to update social information repositories maintained on behalf of the calling party.

In one embodiment, when a user selects one of these links, the associated resource can be automatically tagged with one or more of the search terms. In another embodiment, the software resource can be tagged with one or more of the search terms only after a user responds affirmatively to a prompt to tag the software resource with one or more of the search terms. In still another embodiment, one or more search terms can be automatically applied to one or more software resources when search results are produced by the search engine.
