    Abstract: A non-volatile static random access memory includes: a static random access memory, a reading element and a first embedded non-volatile memory. The static random access memory includes a first inverter, a second inverter and two transistors, an output terminal of the first inverter and the input terminal of the second inverter are electrically connected to each other to serve as a Q node, an input terminal of the first inverter and an output terminal of the second inverter are electrically connected to each other to serve as a QB node, and the two transistors are electrically connected to the Q node and the QB node, respectively. The reading element is electrically connected to the Q node. The first embedded non-volatile memory is electrically connected to the QB node.

The method includes detecting temperature in a first chamber configured to process a semiconductor wafer. The method further includes creating a flow of heat-exchange medium in a second chamber which is connected to the first chamber to cool the first chamber. The method also includes controlling the flow of heat-exchange medium according to the temperature detected in the first chamber by changing a covered area of a first ventilation unit which allows the entry of the heat-exchange medium to the second chamber.

The second light detector is arranged in one of a top side and a bottom side, wherein when a foreign object is presence in the bill passageway, the intensity of the coherent laser beam received by the first light detector is decreased by the blocking of the foreign object, and at least a portion of the coherent laser beam which is reflected, refracted, diffracted or scattered by the foreign object is received by the second light detector.

    Abstract: A tool for sticking tape for a linear device is disposed on a mover of a linear device and comprises: a body, a guiding roller assembly, and a press roller assembly. The body is formed with an inlet and an outlet, and the guiding roller assembly and the press roller assembly are disposed in the body. The guiding roller assembly serves to guide the tape into the body via the inlet, and the press roller assembly is employed to guide and press the tape onto a predetermined surface, so that the tape is positioned quickly and precisely. The tape serves as magnetism induced, infrared or contact induction ruler of the linear device.
