    Abstract: A brake structure for a main shaft of a direct drive torque motor comprises a body, a direct drive torque motor, a main shaft and a brake assembly. The main shaft is provided for fixing the torque motor and the body, and the brake assembly is mounted between the body and the main shaft. An annular brake oil room of the brake assembly is positioned against the main shaft, and the brake seat subassembly has a thinner brake deformation wall formed between the annular brake oil room and the main shaft. The annular brake oil room utilizes its high pressure caused deformation to the brake deformation wall, thus achieving a braking effect by pressing the main shaft. Thereby, the present invention is easy to assemble, and not only can stop the main shaft quickly, but also has a greater locking force.

    Abstract: A stator assembling mechanism of linear motor that is adapted to automated assembling process, including a sleeve, several magnetic members and two end pieces. The sleeve includes a straight tubular body having two axial ends each having an opening. The magnetic members are sequentially axially arranged in the straight tubular body with the magnetic poles of the same polarity adjacent to each other. Each end piece has a main body formed with a threaded section for screw-connecting with one axial end of the straight tubular body so as to block the openings thereof and restrict the magnetic members within the sleeve. A driven section is disposed at one end of the main body. Via the driven section, an external power device can drive the main body to screw-connect the threaded section with the axial end of the straight tubular body so as to connect the end piece with the sleeve.

    Abstract: A structure of shoe sole is provided, which is a custom-made shoe sole that is formed according to a user's foot sole so as to improve the effects of support and wrapping of the shoe sole. The shoe sole includes an enclosure and a clay-like thermoplastic material. The enclosure includes upper and lower cover layers that are made of a material showing local stretchability and air permeability. The thermoplastic material is received between the upper and lower cover layers and is a thermoplastic mixture in the form of soft ceramic. With the shoe sole placed in a shoe and the shoe put on a user's foot, the thermoplastic material of the shoe sole may get deformed inside the enclosure according to the contour of the user's foot sole, making the shoe sole shaped to completely match the foot sole of the user.

    Abstract: A water cooled stator for a direct drive torque motor comprises a stator base, silicon steel sheets, coils, sealing glue and a water cooled sealing tube. A helical water groove is defined in the outer surface of the stator base. The silicon steel sheets and coils are fixed in the stator base by the sealing glue after solidification. Then, the water cooled sealing tube is directly mounted outside the stator to seal the helical water groove by liquid. By such arrangement, the water cooled sealing tube is used to accomplish simple and independent water cooled sealing, the volume of the products can be effectively reduced, and the water cooled sealing tube can be applied to various tool machines.
