    Abstract: A stator, an electric motor, a compressor and a vehicle are provided. The stator has a stator core, windings and first insulators. The stator core has multiple tooth portions distributed along a circumferential direction of the stator core. A stator slot is provided between two adjacent tooth portions. The windings are wound around the tooth portions and extends into the stator slots. At least parts of the first insulators are located at gaps between the windings on two adjacent tooth portions. Each first insulator has a first insulation portion and a second insulation portion connected to each other. In the same stator slot, the first insulation portion is in contact with one group of the windings, and the second insulation portion is in contact with another group of the windings. In a cross-section perpendicular to an axial direction of the stator core, the length of the first insulation portion is greater than the length of the second insulation portion.
