  • Publication number: 20130317319
Abstract: A physiology monitoring system and a physiology monitoring method are disclosed. The physiology monitoring system includes a physiological information sensor, a data analysis device and an application service system. The physiological information sensor is suitable for sensing physiological information of a user. The data analysis device is suitable for receiving data of the physiological information from the physiological information sensor, calculating a plurality of data features of the data, determining whether each data feature has an alert condition event, calculating occurrence probabilities of a plurality of critical condition events or a plurality of physiology condition events by using the corresponding alert condition event or events, and determining a critical condition or a physiology condition of the user according to the occurrence probabilities. The application service system can provide the user with a service according to the critical condition or a physiology condition of the user.

  • Publication number: 20120099425
Abstract: A network device and a method for establishing path data are provided, the network device is connected to a network to receive and send a signal, and records a MAC table data and a ring port table data. The MAC table data comprises at least one path data. Each path data includes a device MAC address information and a first identification. When a path of the network is interrupted, the network device adjusts a second identification of ring port information of the ring port table data. The ring port information is corresponding to the network. When the network device obtains a data frame, a destination path data matched with the data frame is obtained from the MAC table data, and a first identification corresponding to a connection port of the destination path data is compared with the second identification to decide an output port for the data frame.

  • Patent number: 7319664
Abstract: A stackable switch supporting redundant link and backup management. The stackable switch includes a stacking module, a processor and a management module. Several stackable switches can be stacked together in the form of a closed-loop link topology via the stacking module. The stacking module has an uplink port, a downlink port, and preferably a manual control device. The processor instructs the stacking module to enable or disable a downlink control bus within the downlink port when receiving a reconnect/disconnect command. If a link status, generated from the processor, indicates that these switches are stacked into the closed-loop link topology, the management module issues the disconnect command. Otherwise, the management module issues the reconnect command to recover a redundant link. Provided that the manual control device is activated, the management module in the same switch has the highest priority to become a master agent for the switch stack.

  • Publication number: 20070140224
Abstract: The present invention provides a personal gateway comprising a controller, a voice port chip for VOIP (voice over Internet Protocols) application coupled to said controller and a pair of connectors comprising a Foreign exchange Subscriber (or Foreign exchange Station; FXS) and a Foreign exchange Office (FXO). A status detector is coupled between said controller and said FXO and a relay is coupled between said voice port chip and said pair of connectors. The gateway further comprises an antenna and a wireless (RF) module coupled to said antenna to communicate with said controller for wireless LAN function.

  • Patent number: 7145864
Abstract: A redundant link management switch for use in a stack of switches forming a closed-loop link topology, including a stacking module, a processor and a management module. The stacking module has an uplink port for connecting a next-higher switch in the stack and a downlink port for connecting a next-lower switch in the stack. The processor instructs the stacking module to disable a downlink control bus within the downlink port when receiving a disconnect command, and instructs the stacking module to enable the downlink control bus when receiving a reconnect command. The management module asserts the disconnect command if a link status, received from the processor, indicates that the redundant link management switch and the stack of switches are stacked into the closed-loop link topology. Additionally, the management module asserts the reconnect command to recover a redundant link if the management module detects that the closed-loop link topology is changed.
