  • Publication number: 20130148784
Abstract: An AEC unit of an electronic cassette sets a dose target value and a short-circuited pixel used for AEC based on a radiographing condition. When a control unit of the electronic cassette detects start of irradiation of X rays, the AEC unit starts integration of a cumulative dose of X rays which are incident to a target region based on a dose detection signal output by the short-circuited pixel. The AEC unit predicts a stop timing at the time point t1, waits until the time point t2 which is a predetermined time earlier than a scheduled stop time, and sends a stop timing notification to an X-ray generation device at the time point t2. When the stop timing notification is received, a X-ray source control device immediately inputs an irradiation stop command so as to stop an operation of an X-ray source.

  • Publication number: 20130140467
Abstract: A radiological image-capturing device includes: a first read control section that executes a first read mode in which electric signals stored in a plurality of pixels are read out simultaneously in units of a plurality of rows; and an emission-start determining section that determines that the emission of radiation from a radiation source onto an image-capturing panel has started when the values of the electric signals read by the first read control section have become greater than an arbitrarily settable threshold. If it is determined by the emission-start determining section that the emission of said radiation has started, the first read control section terminates the reading of the electric signals, and thereby brings the image-capturing panel into an exposure state.

  • Publication number: 20130140465
Abstract: In a radiation detector (60), pixels with sensor portions (72) that generate electrical charges when irradiated with radiation or light converted from radiation are plurally arrayed two-dimensionally in an imaging region that captures a radiation image, and the radiation detector (60) outputs the electrical charges accumulated in the pixels as electrical signals. A radiation detection section (62), in which sensor portions (146) capable of detecting the radiation or light to which radiation is converted are plurally provided, is provided layered over the imaging region of the radiation detector (60). Thus, a radiation image capture device and radiation image capture system capable of detecting radiation within an imaging region without complicating the structure of an imaging section that captures radiation images are provided.

  • Publication number: 20130142308
Abstract: In each of a first phase shift differential image produced in the absence of a subject in preliminary imaging and a second phase shift differential image produced in the presence of the subject in main imaging, boundaries, at each of which a value changes from ?/2 to ??/2 or from ??/2 to ?/2, are determined. First and second staircase data in each of which a value changes by ? or ?? when crossing each of the boundaries in a predetermined direction is produced. The first and second staircase data is added to the first and second phase shift differential images to produce first and second added phase shift differential image, respectively. The first added phase shift differential image is subtracted from the second added phase shift differential image to produce a corrected phase shift differential image.
