    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a magnetic bead sorting method, device, and storage medium. The method includes: placing an empty liquid bag on a magnetic platform, inputting a liquid containing immunomagnetic cells into the liquid bag, and adsorbing the immunomagnetic cells in the liquid bag through the magnetic platform; controlling the magnetic platform to swing according to preset swing parameters to evenly distribute the immunomagnetic cells adsorbed by the magnetic platform, while allowing other substances in the liquid bag to be suspended in the liquid; performing a waste liquid discharge operation to allow the liquid in the liquid bag, except for the adsorbed immunomagnetic cells, to flow into a waste liquid bag; performing a cleaning operation on remaining immunomagnetic cells in the liquid bag; and after injecting a resuspension into the liquid bag and removing the liquid bag, confirming that a magnetic bead sorting process is complete.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dual pump harvesting process including a concentrating process and a formulating process. Two pumps are used to perform the concentrating process. One end of a first pump of the two pumps is connected to an initial sample container and an other end of the first pump is connected to a centrifugal container; one end of a second pump of the two pumps is connected to the centrifugal container and an other end of the second pump is connected to an intermediate container and a waste liquid container. A flow rate difference between the two pumps during concentration is set to be a flow rate threshold, and a flow rate of the second pump is higher than that of the first pump to perform a continuous flow concentration. The present disclosure also provides a dual pump harvesting apparatus.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a magnetic bead removal method, device, and storage medium, including: placing a liquid bag with a curved flow channel on a magnetic platform, wherein a plane where the curved flow channel is located is above the magnetic platform and parallel to the magnetic platform; controlling a first flow control assembly to communicate the liquid bag with a sample container, thereby inputting a liquid containing immunomagnetic cells and non-magnetic immune cells into the curved flow channel from the sample container; performing a flattening operation on the liquid bag to increase a contact surface between a bottom surface of the curved flow channel and the magnetic platform, thereby adsorbing the immunomagnetic cells in the curved flow channel onto the contact surface through the magnetic platform; and performing a collection operation to collect the non-magnetic immune cells in the curved flow channel into a collection container.
