Abstract: A member whose membership is registered in a system causes a venue terminal installed on the premises of the service provided by the contractor participating in the system to read a member card, whereupon a system management computer registers a service purchase history for each member formed by mutually associating a member ID and a service ID. When a request is made via a member terminal to the management computer for the commemorative printed article to be purchased, output information formed by integrating service-related information including an official photograph managed by the contractor for the service registered in the purchase history together with individual information including at least the member's name is generated and transmitted to a printing device.
