Abstract: A semiconductor power device, includes: a substrate; a first, a second, a third, and a fourth conductive regions disposed on the substrate, where the first conductive region and the second conductive region are disposed on two opposite sides of the third conductive region, the fourth conductive region is disposed between the first conductive region and the third conductive region and between the second conductive region and the third conductive region, the first, the second, and the fourth conductive regions are configured to transmit DC signals, and the third conductive region is configured to transmit AC signals; a first power chip mounted in the first conductive region and connected to the third conductive region; a second power chip mounted in the second conductive region and connected to the third conductive region; and a third power chip mounted in the third conductive region and connected to the fourth conductive region.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a rotary switch outlet mechanism, it comprises a fixed unit, a switch unit and two outlet terminals, the fixed unit is provided with an inlet that is communicated with the water resource ever-lasting and a second outlet, the first outlet terminal is connected to the fixed unit in a rotating manner and is provided with a first outlet, and the second outlet terminal is communicated with the second outlet, and the first outlet terminal is linked to the switch unit and is provided with two locating position with the fixed unit, water comes out of the first outlet terminal when it is at the first position, water comes out of the second outlet terminal when it is at the second position. The present rotary switch outlet mechanism achieves simple structure, bigger operating surface, easier assembly, multiple functions and more convenient and faster switching process.

Abstract: A button switch three-way valve includes a fixation unit disposed with an inlet waterway and two outlet waterways. A priority valve is disposed between each outlet waterway and the inlet waterway. The on-off of the outlet waterway to the inlet waterway is controlled by the sliding of the valve shaft in each priority valve. The fixation unit is disposed with two control surfaces opposite to each other, each disposed with lock grooves. A button is disposed between the two control surfaces, with a central part and two connection parts in the two sides of the central part. The central part is pivot joint to the fixation unit. Two connection parts are separately connected to the two valve shafts to control the sliding of the two valve shafts, the exterior sides of the two connection parts are disposed with lock tooth to couple to the lock grooves.

The cooperation of the components of the present outlet mechanism is tight and artistic with effective and stable switch.

A first teeth group is arranged on the circle center of the sector disk, the first teeth group is sleeved out of the guiding shaft in a relative sliding and rotating manner, and at least the switch of a plurality of outlet waterways can be achieved through the relative rotation between the sector disk and the valve body. The pressing piece is connected to the guiding slot in a sliding manner, of which the end is provided with a second teeth group. The first teeth group can couple with the second teeth group and the third teeth group.
