Abstract: A power module can prevent damages due to cracking or breakage of an insulating substrate when molding even if a heat plate constituting a power module pre-product is made areally smaller than the insulating substrate, and can also sufficiently satisfy demand for minimization. Specifically, the power module pre-product is sealed by a molding resin layer in a state where externally exposed end portion on one end side in both external connecting terminals and the other surface side of a heat plate are each exposed to the outside. The power module substrate constituting a multilayer substrate body includes an aligning hole, into which an aligning pin is inserted, the pin being included in a lower molding die constituting a molding die with an upper molding die that molds a molding resin layer, so as to position the power module pre-product inside a cavity.

Abstract: In a method of producing dialkylcarbonate, alcoholic compound and cyclo-carbonate are subjected to a catalytic reaction each other at a reaction temperature of 20.degree. to 200.degree. C. and under a pressure of 0 to 40 kg/cm.sup.2 G, which keeps the reaction system liquid, in the presence of ion exchanged zeolite which is ion-exchanged with alkali metal ion and/or alkaline earth metal ion.

Abstract: An inner-cam type distribution fuel injection pump has a lubricating system for lubricating the interior of a cam chamber defined by an inner cam and a rotor with a lubricating oil having a viscosity higher than the viscosity of fuel oil. The pump is structured to prevent the fuel oil from leaking into the lubricating oil.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of transporting liquid pitch containing lumpy coke wherein the lumpy coke contained in the liquid pitch is pulverized by a specific procedure and the pitch containing the thus pulverized coke is then transported. Disclosure is also made for a specific apparatus used for the method.
