An easily applicable adhesive sheet having, on the surface of a substrate, an adhesive layer in which a plurality of spherical protrusions are disposed and an air flow channel is formed between adjacent protrusions, and the spherical protrusion has a diameter of from 50 to 300 ?m, a height of from 10 to 50 ?m and a distance between the adjacent protrusions of from 0 to 100 ?m, and a method for producing an easily applicable adhesive sheet as described above, by applying an adhesive layer formed on a shape-transfer face of a release liner to a substrate.

The easily applicable adhesive sheet has, on the surface of a substrate, an adhesive layer in which tapered concave grooves opened at the end edge of the substrate are disposed in a lattice shape oblique to the applying direction, and the adhesive layer has an area for the planar portion of 50 to 90%, a cut-in angle of the concave groove to the planar surface of 20 to 75°, a width for the opening at the upper surface of the concave groove of 10 to 80 &mgr;m and a depth of the concave groove of 5 to 50 &mgr;m. A method for producing an easily applicable adhesive sheet as described above applies an adhesive layer formed on a shape transfer face of a release liner to a substrate.
