Abstract: In a multi-function switch device, an initial-level-display executing means 3a-1 causes a display means to display an initial level display image containing a specified function display image for specifying the target appliance. A next-level-display executing means 3a-2 causes the display means to display, in place of the initial level display image, a next level display image containing an operation function display image for selecting operation contents of the target appliance corresponding to the specified function display image when the function display image corresponding to the operation button of a detected operation is a specified function display image. A click-display executing means 3a-3 causes the display means to display a click display image indicative of that the operation button is operated when the operation of the operation button is detected by the operation detecting means.

Abstract: An encoding/decoding system using a battery voltage (26) as a keyword includes transmitters (11), (12) and receivers (13), (14) on a network. Each of the transmitters and the receivers has a storage unit (35) and a keyword deriving unit (33) having a central processing unit (34) which monitors a voltage of a battery, which loads the battery voltage a plurality of times 5 minutes after the battery voltage decreases to 12 V, which calculates an average voltage from a plurality of voltage values recorded on the storage unit (35), and which records the average voltage on the storage unit (35) as keywords for the next encoding and the next decoding.

Abstract: A switch's click tone output unit is provided, which includes: a switch unit having a switch and an operation signal generating means to generate an operation signal when the switch is operated; a click tone signal generating means to generate a click tone signal including click tone information according to generation of the operation signal; and a tone outputting means to output a click tone corresponding to the click tone information, wherein a tone outputting means to output a tone corresponding to an audio tone signal generated by an audio unit and including audio tone information is applied as the tone outputting means to output the click tone. A switch's click tone outputting method includes a step of outputting a click tone from a tone outputting means for an audio system when a switch is turned on.
