A PCR method of the present invention subjects a sample to a PCR reaction, the sample containing: a primer set including a first primer and a second primer; a template amplified by the primer set; a first probe which loses at least one bulge structure in a case where a double strand is formed by the first probe and the first primer and which forms the at least one bulge structure by being dissociated from the double strand formed by the first probe and the first primer; and a bulge structure-binding molecule which emits a signal by binding to the at least one bulge structure.

The first dielectric layer may be in contact with the transparent substrate, and a single silver layer may be present in the laminate between the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer.

Abstract: To provide a laminate having a silver layer and a light-absorbing layer in combination, of which changes of optical properties and occurrence of a haze due to a heat treatment are suppressed. A laminate comprising a transparent substrate and a laminated membrane provided on the transparent substrate, wherein the laminated membrane contains, in order from the transparent substrate side, a layer having two layers of a first dielectric layer and a silver layer formed in contact with each other in this order, and further a layer having three layers of a light-absorbing layer, a first barrier layer and a second dielectric layer formed in contact with one another in this order.

Abstract: This invention relates to a massager and a massing method. There has been known a conventional leg massager described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3043777. However, there are great differences between individuals in their configurations of the legs, i.e. the above-knee and below-knee parts. Specifically, the shape of the leg portion from ankle to calf of leg differs greatly in individuals, the conventional massager has suffered a disadvantage such that it is difficult to massage the whole leg sufficiently with a single roller and the work becomes onerous where changing the roller in accordance with the shape of the leg. In the light of the foregoing disadvantages of the conventional massager, the present invention was made to provide a massager comprising stays connecting a plurality of rollers, and operating parts extending longitudinally from the stays.
