    Abstract: A process for preparing an insulated product comprises forming an electrodeposited layer having high inorganic powder content by dipping a substrate in an electrodeposition varnish prepared by admixing an inorganic powder with a water dispersion varnish and electrodepositing the inorganic powder, and impregnating an organic or inorganic insulation varnish into the spaces of the electrodeposited layer.
