  • Patent number: 10662490
Abstract: A hardening apparatus comprises a tracing gauge that is a member having the same axis shape as the axis shape of a bent pipe and being held in an attitude identical to the bent pipe, and a tracing device that is a member which can move in the longitudinal direction of the bent pipe and the tracing gauge and can move in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A guide part engaged with the tracing gauge in a manner slidable along the tracing gauge is held at one end of the tracing device, and a hardening device is held at the other end. A transportation device moves the hardening device in the longitudinal direction by moving the tracing device.

  • Patent number: 9664164
Abstract: A fuel-piping attachment structure includes a fuel piping, at least one fastening portion, and a protective member. The at least one fastening portion is to be joined to an internal combustion engine main body to support the fuel piping with respect to the internal combustion engine main body. The protective member includes at least one base portion to be joined to the internal combustion engine main body. All of the at least one fastening portion are disposed on a first side in a Z direction with respect to the axis of the fuel piping. All of the at least one base portion are disposed on a second side in the Z direction with respect to the axis of the fuel piping.

  • Patent number: 8220837
Abstract: In a state in which a fuel pipe (11) and a connector (13) are already joined, a swing fulcrum portion (14h) of a drop-off prevention holder (14) is engaged with the fuel pipe (11), and making the drop-off prevention holder (14) swing with this portion as a fulcrum allows a U-shaped first cutout (14d) formed in a first face (14b) to be fitted onto a small diameter portion (13c) of the connector (13), thus restricting the distance between a step (13b) and a second flange (11b) and thereby restraining the fuel pipe (11) and the connector (13) so that they do not separate. Since it is necessary to carry out a snap fitting operation only once in order for the small diameter portion (13c) of the connector (13) to pass through a narrow throat portion (b) formed partway along the first cutout (14d) of the drop-off prevention holder (14), the operation becomes easy compared with a case where snap-fitting operations are required a plurality of times, and the drop-off prevention holder (14) can be installed easily.

  • Patent number: 6040682
Abstract: A circuit for disconnecting a battery from a battery powered load whenever he battery's output voltage drops below a specified battery cell voltage. The circuit includes a relay having a coil and a normally open contact which connects the battery to its load when the coil is energized. When the battery's output voltage drops below the specified battery cell voltage, which is about 1.8 volts per cell, the relay coil will de-energize disconnecting the battery from the load. A battery charger continuously charges the battery to maintain its output voltage. The relay coil is energized closing the relay contact when the battery charges to a predetermined charging voltage which is approximately 2.2 VDC per cell. Closing the relay contact again connects the battery to its load.

  • Patent number: 4456803
Abstract: A conductor is installed along a Vee-angle part of a tube to be welded for producing an electric welded tube by high frequency resistance or induction welding. The conductor is set closely above the Vee-angle part. A high-frequency current having about the same phase as a phase of a high-frequency current for welding is supplied to the conductor. This controls the distribution of the current density on mating surfaces of Vee-angle part so that the welding current does not concentrate in the upper and lower edges of the tube, thus making uniform the current density and heating in the Vee-angle part.
