The method includes displaying pieces of incentive information associated with multiple parking sections on a display terminal connected to the parking lot management system via a network. The method includes detecting a vehicle parked in one of the multiple parking sections. The vehicle matches vehicle information registered in association with account information of the user. The method includes applying, to the account information at predetermined timing, an incentive indicated by one of the pieces of incentive information associated with the one of the multiple parking sections.
