Abstract: An autonomous handling management system performing autonomously system handling management based on handling management policies. Determination means requests execution of workflow described in a handling management policy, and execution means executing the workflow detects, based on a stop determination rule, an abnormal state based on constraint not described in the policy description. Execution means, upon detecting the abnormal state, stops execution of workflow in accordance with the request from specific determination means or request on a specific control target, to thereby partially stop autonomous control and allows a debug operation to be efficiently executed by an administrator.

Abstract: A condition storage unit (40) retains generation conditions including requested freshness of resource information serving as a collection target and a polling time interval. A collection schedule generating unit (10) sorts the pieces of resource information, which has the same value as an update interval derived from the requested freshness, into a same group, generates collection schedules for the groups respectively, the collection schedules are of the resource information belonging to the groups, and stores them in a collection schedule storage unit (50). An information collecting unit (20) collects the pieces of resource information in accordance with the generated collection schedules and stores the information in an information storage unit (60).

Abstract: In a resource information providing system in which resource information providing apparatuses which periodically collect pieces of resource information of a management target apparatus and stores the pieces of information in a cache are hierarchized, when an elapsed time specifying request specifying maximum allowable elapsed time with respect to the resource information is input from a request source which requests the resource information, the resource information providing apparatus obtains the maximum elapsed time from acquisition of the resource information by the management target apparatus until arrival thereof to the request source and determines whether it is exceeding the maximum allowable elapsed time input from the request source or not. If it is exceeding, the resource information providing apparatus shortens the collection interval thereof by the time obtained by subtracting the maximum allowable elapsed time from the maximum elapsed time.

Abstract: A shared server 40 includes an active virtual machine 41 where a sufficient amount of resources are allocated to an operation of an application system and a standby virtual machine 42 that starts with a minimum amount of resources. When it is predicted that a provisioning request is generated, a standby construction determining unit 22 previously executes provisioning on a standby virtual machine 42, and performs a start of an OS and an application or a setting change of a network apparatus. A provisioning determining unit 23 changes the resource allocation amounts of the active virtual machine 41 and the standby virtual machine 42, allocates a sufficient amount of resources to the standby virtual machine 42, registers the standby virtual machine 42 as a target of load balancing in a load balancer 11, and executes provisioning.

A resource information collection device confirms if time synchronization is established with a resource information generation device when resource information is collected from the resource information generation device and, if time synchronization is not established, records a generation time, corrected based on the time of the resource information collection device, in the resource information. A resource information reference device confirms time synchronization with the resource information collection device when resource information in the resource information collection device is referenced and, if synchronization is not established, records a generation time, corrected based on the time of the resource information reference device, in the resource information.

Abstract: To provide a resource management system capable of stably providing most recently updated resource information at a high speed. A resource information update unit collects resource information from a plurality of agents by means of agent connection management unit according to an update schedule of resource information stored in a schedule storage unit, and stores the same in a resource information storage unit. A retrieval processing unit accesses the resource information storage unit to acquire retrieval results of resource information. A static schedule generation unit selects update interval for each of resource information, generates a static schedule, and store the same in the schedule storage unit.
