  • Patent number: 5485950
Abstract: A composite material comprising a magnetic metal plate and an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate, the magnetic metal plate and the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate being clad together by an axial hot pressing. A process for producing a composite material which comprises the step of: cladding a magnetic metal plate with an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate by an axial hot pressing. A process for producing a composite material molding which comprises the steps of: cladding a magnetic metal plate with an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate by an axial hot pressing thereby obtaining a composite plate material; and subsequently subjecting the composite plate material to press molding and/or stamping and cutting.

  • Patent number: 5434001
Abstract: A fluororesin-coated article having excellent corrosion resistance is disclosed, which comprises a base plate having a finely roughened surface and having thereon a layer of a fluororesin composition containing a fluororesin comprising a mixture of a heat-fusible fluororesin and PTFE, the content of the heat-fusible fluororesin in the mixture being 2% by weight or more but less than 12% by weight based on the total amount of the fluororesin. The fluororesin composition layer may contain an inorganic pigment in an amount of 1 to 25% by weight based on the total amount of solid components of the composition.

  • Patent number: 5223358
Abstract: A fluororesin-coated material having markings indicated thereon is disclosed, which material comprises (1) a substrate having coated thereon a fluororesin composition comprising a high-molecular weight material having a benzene ring and at least one of a nitrogen atom, a sulfur atom and a carbonyl group in the main chain thereof, or (2) a substrate having coated thereon the high-molecular weight material, and further having coated on the high-molecular weight material a fluororesin composition. The markings are indicated on the coated material by irradiating the coated surface of the coated material with electromagnetic waves having a wavelength of 600 nm or less to thereby cause a change in the color of the high-molecular weight material at irradiated parts and provide a difference in color between the irradiated parts and unirradiated parts.

  • Patent number: 4668537
Abstract: A releasing agent applicator for a toner fixing apparatus including a hot fixing roller and an elastic pressing roller between which toner, transferred onto copying paper, is fixed. It includes a heat resistant felt for holding a releasing agent. A porous polymer membrane is disposed between the felt and the fixing roller. A heat resistant polymer film is thermally fused between the felt and the membrane to bond the membrane to the felt except that portion of the membrane which is brought into contact with the fixing roller. The felt is impregnated with releasing agent and that portion of the membrane without the film may be brought into contact with the fixing roller to allow the releasing agent to be applied to the fixing roller.

  • Patent number: 4539113
Abstract: A precision filter made entirely of fluororesin having both a high corrosion and high heat resistance. A plurality of tubular filtering elements are arranged in a fluororesin container. Each tubular filtering element has a polytetraethylene tubular filtering film closed at one end and arranged over or inserted into a fluororesin tubular support. The tubular filtering elements are connected to a cover structure, on the inner surface of which is formed a groove for communicating the tubular filtering elements to one of the liquid inlet and liquid outlet provided in the cover structure.
