  • Patent number: 8776481
Abstract: A packing-packaging machine includes: sheet feeding means; a horizontal bonding unit for forming a bag body by forming horizontal bonding on a tubular body at predetermined intervals; and an object dispensing unit for dispensing an object to be packaged to the bag body during a repetition of the formation of the horizontal bonding. The object dispensing unit includes a shutter for opening and closing a falling path of a predetermined amount of the object into the bag body. The shutter is opened and closed such that the predetermined amount of the object and another predetermined amount of the object fall with a spacing therebetween, and that before the horizontal bonding is formed on the bag body packed with the predetermined amount of the object which has been dropped during opening-closing operation of the shutter, the other predetermined amount of the object for a next bag body starts falling.

  • Publication number: 20100330236
Abstract: A fiber sheet is obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric on a gauze. The gauze satisfies a warp fineness of 5 to 40 deniers, a warp density of 40 to 100 warps/inch, a weft fineness of 5 to 40 deniers, and a weft density of 20 to 100 wefts/inch. The nonwoven fabric is made of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, or a carded nonwoven fabric, having a fineness of 4.0 deniers or less. The fiber sheet has a basis weight of 7.5 to 20 g/m2. The fiber sheet is excellent like a gauze in terms of its transparency and strength and suitable also for contents having fine particle diameters. The fiber sheet can be obtained at a high productivity.

  • Patent number: 7235272
Abstract: A drip bag is devised so that the good taste of coffee made by a conventional paper drip system can be obtained using a simple construction, and so that the drip bag can be set easily and securely on the cup even in cases where the thickness of the walls of the opening part of the cup is large. The drip bag includes a bag main body which is made of a water-permeable filtering sheet material and which has an opening part in the upper end portion of said bag main body, holding members which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are disposed on the outside surfaces of two opposite sides of the bag main body, and reinforcing parts which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are pasted to the outside surface of the bag main body around the peripheral parts of the holding members.

  • Publication number: 20050016382
Abstract: A percolation sheet 1 is constituted of a laminated sheet comprising a long-fiber nonwoven fabric 2 with a basis weight of 5 to 30 g/m2, at least a portion of which is formed from synthetic fibers of a high-melting-point resin, and a short-fiber nonwoven fabric 3 with a weight of 3 to 15 g/m2, at least a portion of which is formed from synthetic fibers of a low-melting-point resin. The short-fiber nonwoven fabric 3 is formed from a nonwoven fabric in which fibers with a fiber length of 3 to 15 mm are randomly dispersed and deposited using a dry process, and these fibers are thermally bonded to each other. In a diagram illustrating the relationship between the pore size of the voids in the percolation sheet and the distribution rate thereof, the distribution rate of the maximum peak is ten times or more of the distribution rate of the other peaks.

  • Patent number: 6068359
Abstract: A printer requires no print buffer in a printer engine, and can efficiently use an image memory for bit-mapping print data into a print image. An enable signal for designating transfer of data for one page from a formatter to the engine is output in response to a request signal from the engine for requesting transmission of print data for one line. When a clock signal for requesting transfer of print data is output from the engine to the formatter in response to this enable signal, print image data is transferred from the formatter to the engine in synchronism with the clock signal and further transferred to a printhead to print an image. As to the nozzles, on the right and left ends of the printhead, which are not used for a print operation, a right margin area and a nozzle area used for a print operation are set in a data transfer circuit.

  • Patent number: 5969730
Abstract: A printer includes a full-line type printhead which can correct variations in the ink discharge amounts from the respective nozzles, and density unevenness of a printed image due to variations in the operations of many driving circuits in the printhead and changes in the internal temperature or a temperature gradient of the printhead, and can obtain a high-quality printed image without density unevenness in consideration of the print conditions and changes in operation environmental temperature. A pre-heating operation is performed by selecting an optimal pre-pulse signal for each nozzle of the printhead on the basis of information stored in an EEPROM of the printhead and pre-pulse selection data associated with each nozzle of the printhead. A heat signal is also generated to obtain a main pulse suitable for each IC of a printhead corresponding to an ink of each color. In addition, the internal temperature of the printhead or printing density information from the printhead is monitored.

  • Patent number: 5963713
Abstract: In a color printer, in order to perform a high-speed print operation and ensure a refresh operation and the like of an image memory, print images which correspond to a plurality of printheads, and are bitmapped and stored in a bitmap RAM in units of colors are consecutively read out and DMA-transferred by 16 bits at a time when a read operation is designated. After this DMA operation, the refresh operation of the bitmap RAM or access to the RAM is permitted. The printer includes the same number of latch circuits as that of printheads (e.g., four). Each latch circuit stores a data transfer start address (TOPA) and a data transfer end address (ENDA) in the bitmap RAM. With this arrangement, image data can be efficiently read out. If the capacity of the bitmap RAM is small, an upper address bit in the bitmap RAM is shifted to switch discontinuous addresses to continuous addresses on the bitmap memory side.
