  • Patent number: 10770907
Abstract: A battery device includes battery module, each including an assembled battery and a battery monitoring circuit. The assembled battery comprises battery cells. The battery monitoring circuit measures voltages of the battery cells, current and temperature levels of the assembled battery. A control circuit is connected to the battery monitoring circuits through a communication line and supplies power to the battery monitoring circuits. The control circuit communicates with the battery monitoring circuits through the communication line. Each battery monitoring circuit is configured to monitor signals transmitted on the communication line for a predetermined time period after its startup, and then to select a communication ID to one that does not conflict with any other ID used to communicate through the communication line during the predetermined time period. The selected ID is then transmitted on the communication line.

  • Publication number: 20100161745
Abstract: According to one embodiment, there is provided a communication system includes endpoints and server units. The endpoints include a transmitter and an information assignment module. The transmitter transmits a message of the registration request to one of the server units. The information assignment module assigns information used to discriminate a cause of generation of the registration request to the message. The server units include a specification module, a determination module and a registration processor. The specification module specifies the cause based on the information assigned to the received message. The determination module determines whether or not permit registration of the endpoint as a source of the received message based on the specified cause and priority level. The registration processor registers the endpoint when the registration is permitted. The registration processor instructs the endpoint to redirect the message when the registration is not permitted.

  • Publication number: 20090268721
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a telephone system comprises networks connected mutually, terminals and servers. The terminals belong to any one of the networks. The servers control each of networks and accommodate terminals. The server comprises database, manager and controller. The terminals and the server of their assignment destinations are associated with one another in the database. The manager updates to synchronize among the databases and the servers at movement destinations as the terminals under its own control move to control by other servers. The controller specifies a server for controlling a terminal at incoming call destination of outgoing call, destined to another network, from the databases transmit a call message to the specified server when the outgoing call toward another network is generated from the terminal under its own control to another network. The databases are sequentially synchronized among the servers as calls are generated among the terminals.

  • Publication number: 20030194070
Abstract: A key telephone apparatus BT periodically transmits actual-use information including a part of a service function group and use amount of each service function to a customer center CC via a public network PNW. The customer center CC calculates a use charge of each service function based on the received actual-use information, and notifies a user's maintenance personal computer PC of the use charge via Internet INW. Subsequently, confirming payment of the use charge for each service function by a user, the customer center CC creates a license code for changing a flag indicating a regulation state of the service function of the key telephone apparatus BT to transmit the license code to the corresponding key telephone apparatus BT based on the payment.
