  • Publication number: 20240023673
Abstract: An upper includes an upper main body covering an instep of a foot. The upper main body is formed with a partial region that is a region away from an outer edge of the upper main body, and a passage formed in a tubular shape that extends from the partial region toward the outer edge and then extends so as to return to the partial region and allows a shoelace to pass through. An opening extending in a front-back direction is formed in the partial region. The passage extends from the opening toward the outer edge and then extends so as to return to the opening.

  • Publication number: 20220346499
Abstract: An upper is formed using a fiber sheet that includes: a connected part in which a surface layer and an inner layer are connected to each other; and a non-connected part in which these layers are not connected to each other, in order to provide a shoe having a low risk of causing complicated production processes or discharge of a large amount of waste materials even when shoes with a large number of different types are produced.

  • Publication number: 20210204653
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide shoes with good fitting property. The present invention provides a shoe including: a sole 1 which absorbs landing impact; and an upper 2 which covers an instep of a foot. The upper has a first opening 3 through which the foot is inserted when wearing the shoe. The upper 2 is partly or entirely made of a material which has negative Poisson's ratios.
