  • Publication number: 20240119894
Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display; a display driver that drives the display such that the display displays in accordance with display data; and a host controller that transfers update display data of one screen to the display driver. The display driver includes a light-emission controller that causes a self-luminous elements to emit light, and a memory that stores the update display data of the one screen. The display driver reads the update display data on the memory after an elapse of a predetermined period of time from a drive end time at which the display controller finishes driving in accordance with the update display data and drives the screen by using the read update display data. The display driver drives the self-luminous elements once or more at a timing when the update display data from the host controller to the display driver is not updated.

  • Publication number: 20150142540
Abstract: A server system has a storage unit for storing user information of registered users, including at least one of a mail address and telephone number of each registered user. A contact information obtaining unit obtains a contact information list of users that are currently registered as friends in the registered user terminal. When a searching unit determined that some of friend users on the obtained contact information list have been registered as registered users in the storage unit, an inviter candidate list generation unit generates an inviter candidate list containing the friend users registered as registered users and contact information thereof, and supplies the list to the user terminal in which the application was just installed. An inviter specifying unit specifies an inviter and stores the inviter in the storage unit. A reward updating unit updates a reward of the inviter specified by the inviter specifying unit.

  • Patent number: 6819717
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a spatial filter and orthogonal transform section. The spatial filter obtains a new luminance value of each pixel of an input image on the basis of a first coefficient having a first filter characteristic which forms the desired spatial frequency adjustment filter characteristic in cooperation with a second filter characteristic, thereby generating a two-dimensional intermediate image which has the adjusted spatial frequency characteristic of the input image.

  • Patent number: 6738093
Abstract: An image photographing apparatus for storing interleaved data having a number of discrete analog values which is output from an image sensing section and digitized by an A/D conversion section includes an analog semiconductor memory device and a control section. The analog semiconductor memory device stores the interleaved data from the image sensing section as analog data. The control section writes the interleaved data output from the image sensing section upon photographing in the analog semiconductor memory device, reads out the written interleaved data from the analog semiconductor memory device, and outputs the data to the A/D conversion section.

  • Patent number: 6654052
Abstract: In a card type semiconductor memory device, at least one memory chip for storing a still image and a connector having a number of signal lines for transferring various signals between the memory chip and a host device are mounted on a card-like substrate. The memory chip includes a memory section and a signal processing section. The memory section includes analog nonvolatile semiconductor memories for sequentially storing, as analog values, color interleaved analog image signals having analog luminance information of predetermined colors in units of pixels in synchronism with a predetermined clock signal. The signal processing section calculates, as analog values, the luminance information at a plurality of pixel positions, which are read out from the memory section, to convert the luminance information into color image data having analog luminance information of the respective colors in units of pixels and outputs the color image data.

  • Patent number: 6445602
Abstract: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory includes a memory unit, memory control unit, defect position detection unit, and data correction unit. The memory unit has a plurality of memory cells to discretely store an analog signal such as an image signal as analog data in the form of an analog value. The memory control unit sequentially selects the memory cells as a read out target of the memory unit in response to a predetermined clock. The defect position detection unit detects, on the basis of defect position information indicating a position of defective analog data included in the analog data read out from the memory unit, whether a memory cell corresponding to the defect position is selected by the memory control unit, and outputs a detection output. The data correction unit corrects the analog data at the defect position in accordance with the detection output from the defect position detection unit by using another analog data of the analog signal stored in said memory unit.

  • Patent number: 6295138
Abstract: An electronic image sensing apparatus for photoeletrically converting an optical image in an image sensing unit, processing the resultant analog image sensing data, and recording, displaying, outputting, or externally outputting the processed image sensing data includes an analog semiconductor memory, a processor, and a luminance distribution adjustment unit. The analog semiconductor memory temporarily stores the image sensing data from the image sensing unit in the form of an analog value. The processor generates adjustment information for adjusting a luminance distribution of the entire image sensing data on the basis of luminance information of the image sensing data read out from the analog semiconductor memory. The luminance distribution adjustment unit adjusts the luminance distribution of the entire image sensing data from the analog semiconductor memory on the basis of the adjustment information generated by the processor.

  • Patent number: 6151235
Abstract: In a card type semiconductor memory device, a plurality of memory chips each of which stores, as analog values, a still image formed from a color interleaved analog image signal using analog nonvolatile semiconductor memories for writing/reading color interleaved analog image signals having analog luminance information of predetermined colors in units of pixels, and a connector for connecting a number of signal lines for transferring various signals between the memory chips and a host device to the host device side are arranged on a card-like substrate. An analog signal line group from each memory chip is separated from a digital signal line group on the substrate via a separation strip formed from a wide conductive pattern, and concentratedly laid out at positions of the connector, which are separated from the digital signal line group. In each memory chip, terminals for analog signals are concentrated to a terminal array provided on a predetermined side of the chip package.

  • Patent number: 6147630
Abstract: A signal conversion processing apparatus for temporarily storing an input analog signal and processing the signal to generate a desired output signal includes nonvolatile semiconductor memory sections, an input control section, and a signal processing section. The nonvolatile semiconductor memory sections sequentially store the input analog signal on the basis of a predetermined first control signal in the form of an analog value. The input control section selects a nonvolatile semiconductor memory section, in which the analog signal is to be written, from the nonvolatile semiconductor memory sections on the basis of a predetermined second control signal. The signal processing section performs arithmetic processing of a plurality of analog data read out from the nonvolatile semiconductor memory sections to convert the analog data into a desired output signal in the form of an analog value.
