  • Patent number: 9604621
Abstract: A housing projection is formed at a bottom of a second reservoir hole in a housing. According to this, a tip side in a press-fitting direction of a sleeve tends to deform inwardly in a radial direction and escape from the housing in a process of press-fitting the sleeve 88 into the second reservoir hole, since an inner slant part of the tip side of the sleeve contacts to a contacting surface of the housing projection, deformation of the tip side of the sleeve 88 is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 9409556
Abstract: A brake fluid pressure controlling actuator is equipped with a block, an electric device secured to the block, and a casing attached to the block, and a board support with a stay. The brake fluid pressure controlling actuator is designed to have the board support disposed in the casing and also have a circuit board placed in contact with the stay of the board support. The stay of the board support serves to firmly hold a portion of the circuit board around a through-hole formed in the circuit board when a terminal of an electric device is press-fitted into the through-hole, thereby minimizing the degree of bending of the circuit board to ensure the stability in electrically connecting the electric device to the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20150239444
Abstract: When a first and a second reservoirs are disposed at positions below a central axis of pumps and are offset from a center portion in a lateral direction of a housing when viewed from a front surface side, outer peripheral sides of a first and a second reservoir usually become dead spaces. Therefore, first and second wheel pressure sensors are disposed in the dead spaces.

  • Publication number: 20150166026
Abstract: A seal part that separates a first conduit line and a second conduit line is formed by contact between a peripheral surface of a pressure regulating valve and an inner wall surface of a housing. By forming a conduit line connected to a reservoir chamber among the second conduit line B is formed by the peripheral surface of the pressure regulating valve and the inner wall surface of the housing in a side of the reservoir chamber opposite to the seal part among the peripheral surface of the pressure regulating valve, the conduit line and the seal part do not overlap in a radial direction of the pressure regulating valve, thus the second conduit line can be disposed closer to the pressure regulating valve.

  • Publication number: 20130263429
Abstract: A part of a bottom of a flange insertion hole that faces a flange part has a form in which an outer circumference side is nearer to the flange part than an inner circumference side. According to this, since a rounded surface of a perimeter edge of the flange part can easily contact to the bottom of the flange insertion hole, an area that receives caulking load is larger as compared with a case where only a flat surface of the flange part contacts the bottom of the flange insertion hole as before, therefore, the bottom of the flange insertion holes can be prevented from buckling.

  • Patent number: 8316891
Abstract: An open port is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore of the reservoir apparatus and the port is exposed to the exterior of the reservoir apparatus. A hollow portion is formed concentrically with the port on a reservoir body. An annular thin portion is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore and the hollow portion surrounding the port in a radial direction. The thin portion is outwardly deflected and deformed by being pushed outwardly in a radial direction centering on the port in a range narrower than the inner diameter of the hollow portion. Thus, the opening of the port is outwardly sunk from the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore thereby to form a curved surface at a root portion of the thin portion on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore.
