Abstract: According to the invention, there is provided an exterior wall unit for an exterior wall of a building structure, which comprises a siding member (10) made of a metal and one or more porcelain tiles (20) corresponding in size to and fitted to the outside surface of the siding member (10), the siding member (10) having the outside surface formed with engaging means (16) extending in the horizontal direction for engagement with the tile or tiles (20), each tile (20) being formed with engaging means (23) for engagement with the engaging means (16) of the siding member (10), each tile (20) being coupled to the outside surface of the siding member (10) to be integral therewith with the engagement of both the engaging means (16, 23).

Abstract: The present invention presents a movable sky light assembly used on a opening of a roof comprising a fixed frame, a wing frame with a lighting member supported on the fixed frame, said fixed frame being equipped with a driving device to operate said wing frame capable of opening and closing by connecting members for the frames. The fixed frame is provided with a detecting device for rainfall and the detecting device comprises a detecting sensor and its protecting means, and the sky light is constructed so as, when the wing frame is open, the detecting sensor of the detecting device is in the working posture and, when the wing frame is closed, the detecting sensor is protected by the protecting means. As the sky light is used also for ventilation, the connecting members of the frames are formed as a operating member of the wing frame and various aspects of the rain detecting device to close the wing frame in the rain is disclosed in relation to the operating member.

Abstract: This invention discloses an elevation bed apparatus which moves up and down while keeping its horizontal posture, in order to improve an effective use of an indoor space. The elevation bed of this invention includes an elevation device and a safety device, and the elevation device includes a winding mechanism and a wire driving system of a wire wound on the winding mechanism. A bed main body moves up and down along a guide rail when the wire is wound and rewound. When the elevation bed is of an electric type, the safety device checks the operation or cuts off the power source to stop the elevating motion of the bed main body.
