The spacer has a frame-shaped portion constituting an outer periphery, and an opening portion penetrating in a thickness direction. The frame-shaped portion has a communication portion that communicates with an outer edge of the frame-shaped portion and the opening portion, so that the electrolyte can flow inside and outside the frame-shaped portion, and the electrolyte can be preserved in the opening portion.
