  • Publication number: 20240270027
Abstract: A rubber chafer is disposed on an outer side in the tire width direction of a bead filler. A tire comprises a conductive member. The inner end in the tire radial direction of the conductive member is located at a tire radial position of an outer end in the tire radial direction of the rubber chafer or in a tire radial region inner in the tire radial direction than the outer end in the tire radial direction of the rubber chafer. The conductive member extends from the inner end in the tire radial direction thereof outwardly in the tire radial direction to at least a position of any of the reinforcement layers which is conductive among the one or more reinforcement layers.

  • Publication number: 20240227464
Abstract: In a tire of the present disclosure, an overlap width, between a conductive member and a rubber chafer, in an extending direction of the conductive member is 1 mm or more. A method of manufacturing a tire of the present disclosure includes vulcanizing a raw tire in a state such that an overlap width, between a conductive member and a rubber chafer before vulcanization, in an extending direction of the conductive member is 10 mm or more. In a raw tire of the present disclosure, an overlap width, between a conductive member and a rubber chafer before vulcanization, in an extending direction of the conductive member is 10 mm or more.

  • Patent number: 5321203
Abstract: The present invention comprises several different embodiments of wiring systems for connecting terminal end portions of electrical wires. In accordance with a first embodiment, two terminal end portions of the wires are disposed adjacent to each other, one being fixed and one being movable, and an aperture is formed within a support panel to which the wires are secured. A pivotable lid or cover uncovers or closes the aperture so as to provide access to the terminal ends of the wires, and to close the aperture once connection of the wires has been achieved. In accordance with a second embodiment, the lid or cover is slidable upon the support panel and is connected to the movable wire such that upon slidable movement of the lid or cover, the movable wire is moved so as to connect with or be disconnected from the other wire.
