    Abstract: A charging system includes a vehicle and a charging device. The vehicle includes a power storage functional unit, a driving unit, a power reception unit, a charge controller, a third communication unit, and a fourth communication unit. The charge controller charges the power storage functional unit with electric power received by the power reception unit. The third communication unit performs wireless communication with a first communication unit positioned in a first range smaller than a predetermined region based on the vehicle, and receives an identifier. The fourth communication unit transmits instruction information to a second communication unit of the charging device that is identified with the identifier received by the third communication unit, the second communication unit being positioned in a second range larger than the first range based on the vehicle.
