Abstract: A method of providing a virtual experience according to at least one embodiment of this disclosure includes defining space including a virtual viewpoint, an operation object, and an item. The method further includes detecting a motion of a head of a user. The method further includes controlling a field of view in the virtual space from the virtual viewpoint in accordance with. the motion of the head. The method further includes detecting a motion of a part of a body other than the head of the user. The method further includes moving the operation object in the virtual space in accordance with the motion of the part of the body. The method further includes detecting that the operation object has moved to an outside of the field of view. The method further includes defining a first state of the item. The method further includes defining a second state of the item, wherein the second state is different from the first state.
