Abstract: A pattern of more than one conductive layer overlying a fuse formed in a TEG region is subject to OR processing; further, a combined or “synthetic” pattern with an opening pattern of one or more testing pads connected to said fuse added thereto is copied by transfer printing techniques to a photosensitive resin layer that is coated on the surface of a semiconductor wafer, thereby forcing the resin layer to reside only in a selected area of a scribe region, to which area the synthetic pattern has been transferred.

Abstract: A rear view mirror arrangement including a mirror housing mounted on the vehicle side door with face to face contact. The mirror housing is retained in a position laterally protruding from the vehicle side door by spring force provided by a spring positioned between the mirror housing and the vehicle side door. The spring force permits the mirror housing to temporarily displace from the vehicle side door in response to an impact applied to the mirror housing in order to absorb the impact. The mirror arrangement has a mirror angle adjustment lever capable of adjusting the mirror angle in both vertical and horizontal directions. The mirror angle adjustment lever is releasably connected to the mirror permitting the displacement of the mirror housing with respect to the vehicle side door when the impact is received by the mirror housing.

Abstract: Ash tray assembly comprising an ash receptacle, a stationary cover, a guide track of limitedly resilient material pivotally carried by the cover, a guide follower integral with the ash receptacle slidably received by the guide track and having a stop member cooperating with a part of the cover for limiting the slide movement of the ash receptacle, said guide track having two resilient extensions abutting against the adjacent wall of the cover to achieve stable slide movement of the ash receptacle. The ash receptacle can be detached from the cover by limited pivotal movement thereof.
