    Abstract: In the present invention, by connecting a band-gap reference voltage module unit to a threshold unit of a limiter circuit, the ON-voltage of the threshold unit can be dynamically and continuously controlled; and the output voltage value of the band-gap reference voltage module unit can be arbitrarily set as needed for operating the circuit. When a voltage of the antenna terminal is higher than the sum of this band-gap reference voltage value and the respective threshold voltage of the serial MOS transistors, the threshold unit is turned ON to switch on a grounded path, so that charge at the antenna is output to the ground; in this way, the amount of charge at the antenna terminal is reduced and the rectified DC voltage is thus reduced. When the voltage at the antenna terminal is lower than the sum of this band-gap reference voltage value and the respective threshold voltage of the serial MOS transistors, the threshold unit is turned off to switch off the grounded path.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of radio frequency identification, in particular to a rectifier and limiter circuit having a plurality of time constants and a passive radio frequency tag containing this rectifier and limiter circuit. By applying analog control signals with different time constants to control terminals of two discharge paths of the rectifier and limiter circuit, respectively, i.e., adjusting the voltage amplitude at different switching speeds, switching the two discharge paths from a completely open state to a completely closed state is realized. Discharging is performed properly according to the amount of charge at antenna terminals and the level of energy of the tag, thus to improve the demodulation capacity of the tag and increase the read-write distance of the tag.

Meanwhile, the present invention further relates to a method for performing temperature measurement by using the tag. The temperature measurement and calibration circuit of the tag generates an upper reference voltage value limit and a lower reference voltage value limit, which do not change with temperature, then calibrates the upper reference voltage value limit and the lower reference voltage value limit to a uniform upper voltage value limit and a uniform lower voltage value limit, and eliminates the problem of different reference voltages of tags due to the power supply voltage fluctuation and process deviation.
