Since display brightness is required of a top-emitting organic light-emitting diode element with a large size, the resistance of a cathode should not be too large, so the cathode should be made with a large thickness, but if the thickness of the cathode is too large, then a light exit ratio of the element may be degraded. Accordingly in the embodiments of the disclosure, cathodes can be formed in a grid structure to thereby guarantee a high light exit ratio while guaranteeing display brightness thereof; and the cathodes are made of a metal nanometer material.
