    Abstract: A wireless charging device and wireless charging method are disclosed. By movably setting a transmitting coil module within the wireless charging device and obtaining the position signal of the receiving coil to transmit to the controller, and connecting the sliding rod of the sliding resistor to the transmitting coil module, so that the transmitting coil module drives the sliding rod to slide during the moving process. The controller determines the position information of the receiving coil based on the position signal and detects the current electrical parameters of the sliding resistor. According to the current electrical parameters, it determines the current position information of the transmitting coil module and controls the transmitting coil module to move, enabling the transmitting coil module to accurately position and charge wirelessly with the receiving coil. Thereby, the wireless charging device may adapt to charging devices with receiving coils at different heights.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electric energy router and a charging station. The electric energy router includes a controller and a plurality of power conversion circuits. Each power conversion circuit converts a first alternating current from a power grid into a first direct current, and feeds the first direct current to a vehicle power supply for charging, the controller monitors current charging power feeding to the vehicle power supply, and the controller controls, in response to determining that the current charging power is greater than a power threshold and a reverse power supply signal is received, the power conversion circuit to convert a second direct current provided by the vehicle power supply into a second alternating current to be feed to the power grid. Thus electric energy can be intelligently distributed. Simultaneous vehicle charging and effective peak load regulation on the grid is achieved, with high flexibility and applicability.

    Abstract: A new mutant of D-amino acid transaminase, based on supercomputing-assisted technology, belongs to the fields of computational biology, computer-aided design, and enzyme engineering technology, and specifically relates to mutants of D-amino acid transaminase obtained based on supercomputing-assisted technology and applications thereof. Compared to the wild-type enzyme, the aforementioned mutant of D-amino acid transaminase exhibits a half-life (t1/2) of over 12 hours at 40° C., while it is only 8.8 minutes for the wild-type D-amino acid transaminase. The half-inactivation temperature (T5015) of the mutant is 45.3° C., approximately 5.4° C. higher than that of the wild-type D-amino acid transaminase. This substantially enhances its thermal stability, enzymatic activity, etc., effectively broadening its application fields and scope. The mutant has a wide range of industrial applications and thus holds substantial practical value.

According to the present disclosure, the MXene film layer and the nano ultrathin film layer are sequentially subjected to suction filtration on the substrate material by utilizing a vacuum suction filtration technology, and thus a double-film structure is loaded on the substrate material; then an oxidant is subjected to oxidizing and bubbling on the MXene film layer in a permeation way, and thus the substrate material and the nano ultrathin film layer can be separated in a physical isolating manner. Finally, the nano ultrathin film is completely separated in a liquid phase floating separation manner. The nano ultrathin film prepared by the method provided by the present disclosure has a specific thickness and light transmittance through different loading capacities, and the substrate material can be repeatedly utilized.
