Abstract: The present disclosure provides a camera assembly including a support, a depth device, a camera, and a projector. The depth device, the camera, and the projector are all disposed on the support, the projector is configured to project light for forming depth image information, the depth device is configured to capture depth image information, the camera is configured to capture color image information, and the depth device and the camera are disposed adjacently so that the depth image information captured by the depth device and the color image information captured by the camera overlap to form image overlapping region information. The present disclosure further provides an electronic apparatus using the camera assembly.
