Abstract: A safety belt body and a safety belt heating apparatus. The safety belt body includes: a tubular webbing having a tubular space therein; a heating assembly secured in the tubular space, the heating assembly including a first printed circuit board; and a protector, including a second printed circuit board, the second printed circuit board being electrically connected to the first printed circuit board and being used for transmitting a temperature signal and an electrical signal from the heating assembly, wherein the protector further includes a housing, the housing being sleeved and secured on the outside of the tubular webbing, the housing having disposed therein an accommodating space, and the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board being located in the accommodating space.
