    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, apparatus and system for implementing routing aggregation, which relate to communication field, and solve the problem that too many routings advertised on the DHCPv6 relay agent leads to huge number of routing table entries of the backbone network. The technical solution of the present invention comprises: sending a message to a dynamic host configuration protocol DHCPv6 relay agent, such that the DHCPv6 relay agent generates an aggregation routing of requesting router prefix routings according to the message; wherein the message comprises information about a prefix pool which assigns address prefixes to the requesting routers access to the DHCPv6 relay agent or aggregation routing destination address information generated according to the information about the prefix pool. The method, apparatus and system for implementing routing aggregation may be applied in DHCPv6 network constructions.

An offloading device located before a Serving General Packet Radio Service Support Node (SGSN) receives a data stream of a user sent by a base station, obtains an offloading policy of the user from the offloading device and/or obtains the offloading policy of the user from a policy server, and forwards the data stream according to the offloading policy. Accordingly, the offloading device can obtain the corresponding offloading policy according to the data stream sent by a forwarding plane, send a data stream of low value, low real-time performance requirement, or low priority to the Internet or another specific networks, and send a data stream of high value, high real-time performance requirement, or high priority to high-value devices, thereby reducing the networking cost.

    Abstract: A stochastic time-digital converter (STDC) including an input switching circuit, an STDC array, and an encoder. A clock circuit inputs two clock signals into two input terminals of the input switching circuit; the input switching circuit transmits the two clock signals in a cyclic cross-transposition form to two input terminals of the STDC array, and simultaneously outputs a trigger control signal to the encoder; each comparator in the STDC array independently judges the speeds of the two clock signals and sends the judgement results to the encoder for collection and processing; and the encoder outputs the size and positivity or negativity of the phase difference of the two clock signals. The technical solution utilizes the stochastic characteristic of the STDC to double the number of the equivalent comparators in the STDC array, eliminating the effects on the circuitry of device mismatching and processes, power supply voltage, and temperature.

Through bandwidth negotiation between the unicast bandwidth management device and each multicast bandwidth management device, admission control is implemented.

Therefore, when multicast/unicast connection admission control (CAC) that supports shared bandwidth is realized, flow fusions of user line configuration between the AN and a broadband remote access system (BRAS, and policy distribution between a resource and admission control subsystem (RACS) and the BRAS are guaranteed; and sharing of bandwidth resources is realized to avoid waste of the bandwidth resources.
