    Abstract: A touch-control panel and a touch-control display apparatus. The touch-control panel includes multiple touch-control electrode blocks and multiple touch-control traces. The touch-control traces are configured to input a drive signal to the touch-control electrode blocks. Each touch-control electrode block includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer disposed in a stacked manner, a first insulating layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are electrically connected.
