  • Publication number: 20240135468
Abstract: A CPU performs multiple regression analysis using a first regression model to calculate a tentative degree of contribution of each target facility to the total power consumption. The CPU calculates tentative power consumption of the target facility using the tentative degree of contribution of the target facility. The CPU calculates power consumption of a non-monitored facility by subtracting the total value of the tentative power consumption of the target facility from the total power consumption. The CPU classifies time-series data of the power consumption of the non-monitored facility into a plurality of clusters. The CPU performs multiple regression analysis using a second regression model to determine the degree of contribution of each of the target facilities. The CPU determines the power consumption of the target facility using the determined degree of contribution.

Abstract: An energy conservation assistance apparatus includes an event occurrence time extraction unit, a degree of change calculation unit, and a display control unit. The event occurrence time extraction unit refers to facility operation history information included in a reference period and a designated period to extract occurrence times at which a predetermined event has occurred in each of the reference period and the period of interest. The degree of change calculation unit calculates a degree of change in an operation pattern of a facility obtained from a distribution of the occurrence times at which the predetermined event has occurred in the period of interest, relative to an operation pattern of the facility obtained from a distribution of the occurrence times at which the predetermined event has occurred in the reference period. The display control unit presents information regarding a degree of change to a user.

  • Publication number: 20210116876
Abstract: An apparatus control unit (54) executes baseline judgment control of canceling power consumption limitation for a management target apparatus (20) throughout a predetermined judgement period within a demand term. A demand control execution judgment unit (48) judges whether or not a value of a baseline BL, which is an estimated value based on an integrated value of power consumption per building in the judgment period, exceeds a demand control execution value P_Dmd by a demand-term end point. When it is judged that the value of the baseline BL exceeds the demand control execution value P_Dmd by the demand-term end point, the apparatus control unit (54) executes demand control of limiting power consumption of the management target apparatus (20), after the judgment period.

  • Patent number: 9920945
Abstract: An air-conditioning control apparatus controlling a plurality of air conditioners calculates an adjustment time for adjusting a temperature of an area to be adjusted by the air conditioners to be controlled to between a desired temperature and an allowable temperature, generates a control schedule based on the adjustment time, and controls the air conditioners with the generated control schedule, instead of controlling with a preset stop time which is fixed, in order to bring the temperature around the air conditioners to the desired temperature. Thus, the air conditioners can be made to stop heat exchange before the desired temperature is reached, so that power consumption can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20070196827
Abstract: A solution including a single-stranded nucleic acid (10) having a target base (11) related to SNP or the like is mixed with a solution including two kinds of single-stranded detecting nucleic acids (20a) and (20b) complementary to partial sequences that sandwich the target base (11) between them to hybridize the target nucleic acid (10) and the detecting nucleic acids (20a) and (20b). Thus, a gap part (21) is intentionally formed at a position opposed to the target base (11). Then, a receptor molecule (30) having hydrogen bonding characteristics and fluorescence emitting characteristics is inserted to the gap part (21) as a hydrophobic space. Then, the change of fluorescent strength of the receptor molecule (30) depending on the difference of the target base (11) is detected to detect a single nucleotide substitution.
