    Abstract: There is provided mechanisms for relative time error (TE) information distribution in a telecommunication network using a precision time protocol (PTP). A method is performed in a gateway device in a telecommunication network having hierarchical segments. The method comprises receiving TE information from a telecom grandmaster (T-GM) of the hierarchical segments. The method comprises preserving a total TE information of the received TE information. The method comprises resetting an accumulated path TE of the received TE information. The method comprises outputting an indication of the reset accumulated path TE and the preserved total TE information to a sub-segment of the hierarchical segments.

    Abstract: An injection-molding tool has at least two separate mold parts forming a set of mold cavities, and a set of runner channels extending between the mold inlet and leading melt flow to the mold cavities. The set of runner channels comprises a number of junctions, each junction dividing a downstream end of a primary runner channel extending upstream from the junction into two or more separate secondary runner channels extending downstream from the junction. A stretch of the downstream end of the primary runner has a cross section area being smaller than the cross section area of the primary runner further upstream from the junction.

    Abstract: The invention provides an in vitro method for non-invasive preimplantation assessment of an embryo by comprising amplifying and detecting a nucleic acid sequence of interest indicative of a genetic deficiency from a sample taken from the in vitro culture medium of the embryo and assessing the embryo as having a genetic deficiency if the presence of the sequence of interest is detected in the in vitro culture medium of the embryo. The examples show the detection of SNPs relating to the genes MDR1 and prothrombin and the SNP responsible for the Leiden syndrome. The application also mentions the possibility of establishing short tandem repeat (STR) marker profiles of DNA in the culture medium and full genome sequencing of the DNA in the culture medium as a means for determining embryo quality.
