  • Publication number: 20070291794
Abstract: A system and method of determining broadband transport performance data are provided. The system includes an input to receive a request including a telephone number corresponding to a broadband data transport element. The system also includes logic to map the telephone number to a port address of network equipment associated with the broadband data transport element. The system further includes a performance analysis tool to determine performance information associated with the broadband data transport element.

  • Publication number: 20060190597
Abstract: A method includes monitoring, using a customer profile monitor at a server, a customer performance parameter of customer premises equipment. The customer premises equipment includes a customer profile and is located remote from the server. The customer performance parameter is compared to a customer specific performance standard to determine a difference. The customer profile of the customer premises equipment is adjusted automatically by the server.
