    Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for certifying photographs, videographs and audio recordings are implemented. A unique private encryption key may be associated with the recording device, which, for video may be a digital camera, or for audio recordings, a digital audio recording device. The digital photographic, videographic or audio data may then be encrypted by the recording device in essentially real-time and stored in encrypted form. The rendering of the digital photograph, videograph or digital audio signal into a perceptible form, may be effected by recovery of the corresponding “public” decryption key from the manufacturer of the recording device, and the stored encrypted data may be decrypted after retrieval from the storage device. The decryption key may, for example, be made available by the manufacturer on a web site.

    Abstract: An explosive device which has a retainer with a groove, that houses a charge adapted to produce a shock wave upon detonation. The retainer is attached to a target such as an airplane canopy, so that the charge is spaced from the target a predetermined distance. Between the charge and the target is a transmitting medium that transmits the shock waves of the charge to the target. The transmitting medium is constructed from an essentially incompressible material such as rubber, which transmits the shock waves without dissipating much of the blast energy of the charge.

    Abstract: A carton formed of a single blank of cardboard or the like cut and scored to form four wall panels and an attachment flap, each wall panel having foldably attached thereto a flap comprising a plurality of rectangular foldable flap sections. The flaps attached to an opposing pair of wall panels are foldable to form a pair of spaced flap assemblies constituting beams for supporting projecting members of filing binders stored in the carton. Hand openings are formed in that pair of wall panels immediately under the beams. The flaps attached to the other pair of opposed wall panels are foldable so that notches formed therein create shoulders for underlying end portions of the beams.

    Abstract: A self-contained device for selectively discharging a pressurized gas within a hermetically sealed vessel to which it has been sealed, to enable a leak testing of the vessel. A linear actuator is functioned to open a small, high pressure cylinder that has been charged with a detector gas. The mechanism is preferably mounted to the interior of a lid which is then sealed onto the vessel which is to be tested. Proper functioning of the device may be confirmed electrically, since circuit continuity between an electrical contact pin and at least one additional portion on the exterior surface of the vessel will be permanently broken after proper functioning.

    Abstract: This invention teaches a method and the resultant product of preparing consolidated propellant charges that incorporate an integral ignition compound, specifically certain simple salts of decahydrodecaboric acid and coprecipitates of these salts with an oxidizer. The charges so prepared exhibit substantially improved ignition and breakup compared to untreated charges, especially at low temperature, because each of the individual consolidated grains are surrounded by the salts taught herein.
