  • Publication number: 20180236470
Abstract: The spraying device serves for spraying samples with a solution, wherein a liquid feed for the metered feeding of the solution and a gas feed are provided which are connected via supply lines to a nozzle head (10) which has a gas outlet (36) and a liquid outlet (16) in order to spray the solution. In order, after drying, to allow a formation of relatively small crystals of the matrix in a coating which is as homogeneous as possible, it is proposed that the liquid outlet (16) is provided at the end of a capillary line (14) which projects beyond the gas outlet (36).

  • Patent number: 9541532
Abstract: An ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV/Vis) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) photometer includes a nano flow cell in which a light source feeds a reference light channel and a sample light channel, a reference photodiode for evaluating the reference light channel, and a sample photodiode for evaluating the sample light channel, which extends through the nano flow cell. To create a photometer whose signal evaluation is improved, respective effective exposure times of the sample photodiode and the reference photodiode are settable separately from one another.

  • Publication number: 20140356934
Abstract: An incubation chamber (10) having a water reservoir (12) has a climate controlling device, which makes it possible to set a desired temperature, as well as an object holder (18) for biological or chemical specimens. To make defined and replicable conditions possible, for instance for digestion processes of proteins, it is proposed that the climate controlling device has two separate climate zones (14, 16), which can be regulated separately from one another, a first climate zone (14) being located in the vicinity of the cover of the chamber (10).
