  • Patent number: 11667070
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for producing containers (22) by blow molding, with at least one temperature-controllable blow mold (21) held by a mold holder (20), namely with a bottom insert held by a bottom mold carrier and/or with mold inserts held by mold half carriers, and is characterized by an inductive heating device, which indirectly heats the bottom insert and/or the mold inserts by means of induction.

  • Patent number: 9358720
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device used to blow-mold containers. After thermal conditioning, a preform is shaped into the container inside a blow mold by the effect of blowing pressure. Required blowing gas is introduced into an interior of the preform through a connecting element. After the blow-molding, a purging gas is conducted through the interior of the container. A plurality of blowing stations are used, and, for at least one of the blowing stations, at least part of the required amount of the purging gas is stored in a storage volume associated only with said blowing station.

  • Patent number: 8790111
Abstract: The device according to the invention is used to blow-mold containers. After thermal conditioning, a preform is shaped into the container inside a blow mold by the effect of blowing pressure. The blow mold is retained by a support. A pressure area (43) is sealed from the surroundings by a seal (41). The seal (41) has at least two areas (45, 46). A first area (45) is composed of a harder material than the second area (46). The two areas are rigidly connected to each other.

  • Patent number: 8574486
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for blow molding containers (2). A parison (1) is stretched by means of a stretching rod (11) within a blow mold (4) and molded into the container by applying blow pressure following thermal conditioning. The pressurized gas is introduced into the container (2) via at least two different flow paths (55, 56). Advantageously, one of the flow paths (56) ends near the orifice area (21) while a second flow path (55) ends near a container bottom (51). At least some of the pressurized gas is introduced into the container (2) through the stretching rod (11).

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for blow forming containers (2). A parison (1) is stretched by means of a stretching rod (11) within a blow mold and molded into the container (2) by applying blow pressure following thermal conditioning. Pressurized gas is introduced into the container (2) through the stretching rod (11). The pressurized gas is laterally introduced from a pressure chamber into an interior space of the stretching rod (11). The stretching rod comprises at least one passage opening (53) between a tip (51) facing the blow mold and an end (52) of the stretching rod, which faces away from the blow mold. Said passage opening (53) extends into the interior space of the rod so as to deliver the pressurized gas.

  • Patent number: 7473389
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and to a device which is used to blow-form containers (2). A preform (1) is stretched inside a blow form (4) by a horizontal bar (11) after thermal conditioning and is shaped in the container by means of blow pressure effects. At least one part of the pressurised gas is guided towards the base area of the container (2). One particular advantage of said invention is that the flow path ends in the vicinity of the base area. At least one part of the pressurised gas (2) is guided into the container by the horizontal bar (11).
